After being successful in obtaining employment in Kununurra, my wife and I moved up here with a suitcase each and not much else, through the friendly staff at First National Real Estate we were fortunate to get a rental property. Although a well-maintained property it was way too big for our needs and only had a short term lease available, with this in mind and the fact we have fallen in love with the East Kimberley made the decision to purchase a property an easy one. After the support and friendly professional staff helped with the rental property it was easy to choose who we would help us choose our next home. Talking to Brad and letting him know what we were looking for Brad arranged for us to view a property, this property was perfect and met all our needs (except for only 1 bathroom), we had made up our minds on the first house however decided that was not giving other properties the chance, we then looked at 3 others with some fantastic advice from Brad we had a second look at the original property and made an offer. Brad and the staff at First National Real Estate were always available when we called with not just property advice but advice on other services in the area, helping with a conveyancer to help settle the property to advice on a landscaper to help with the garden. Sarah Williams sold us this property in 2007. It was an investment property except for a short period of time when we lived there. Kimberley First National looked after our interests. We recently decided to sell our much loved home and engaged with Kimberley First National. Brad really knows his stuff and we appreciated his frankness, and the consideration he gave to the advice he offered us. Both Brad and Sarah really considered the all the elements of our house, location, the drawcards, the drawbacks etc in order to provide us with a realistic ballpark figure. They were very open about the selling strategies they would use in order to make best use of the current market. Brad took some amazing photographs of our house, including a fabulous 3D walkthrough - what he produced was really very professional and something you would expect to see in high end advertising. I felt sure and safe in the hands of Sarah who guided the paperwork process - contracts, paperwork etc - she is very reliably reached for questions and queries. We appreciated the forward planning that the team provided also - in the knowledge that our house was empty, offering alternatives to our plan if we didn't sell in a certain timeframe, to rent then go to market again within a finite amount of time. We did sell our house very quickly thankfully - but even if we hadnt of I still would be writing a positive review because this really is about how Brad and Sarah are such professionals and are very proficient in understanding the market and how best to optimise an actual sale, giving honest and considered feedback and communicating well.
